About Us
VIP Services, Inc. was started in 1978 by Steve Gilbert. The company was named Vinyl Industrial Products known for the quality work done repair vinyl chairs and booths. It soon became apparent that there was more work availability for a company that wasn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard. With money saved from the vinyl repair work; VIP purchased their first carpet cleaning van. Since then we have expanded into a complete exterior and interior service provider.
Our capabilities allow our customer a single call source for all of their maintenance needs. We have over 125 years of experience in the maintenance business. Whether it is cleaning a parking lot, strip and waxing a vinyl floor or power washing sidewalks; we can help.
